How to get the ending scene? I've been playing for quite a while and all the women's affection is full but the ending scene still hasn't been obtained.

if u have a save, go back to date before 7/2. Check all girls lust level which must be filled fully. on 7/2 u will get ending based on the girl u choose on that day.
Is any of the girls at level 5/max lust level? You might also need to start from a week or two before they announced the upcoming exams.
