Which one? If you're talking about the DLC. You can find her at the park at 8pm or 9pm there should be another area to visit when you at the park which is a bench or gezebo.

Yeah. 1.9.2 should have fixed that issue when watching the ending from the gallery.

This game is pretty good. I have only had one bug where the game defaults to Japanese and you have to change it in settings.

Not 100% sure. I haven't experience that problem myself. If I knew the way to cause the bug/freeze I would try to find the solution but I don't know exactly what causes the freezing.

Edit: I know you mention after s** scene but is that during the main game or during endless mode?
Edit 2: Is this during Main Game content or DLC content?
