If you choose the "cuckold me" option? It's logical, there are about ten scenes for each antagonist, you can't watch everything in 13 days. The problem here was that if you don't choose this option, the game just ends with a bad ending for no reason. Apparently, this option was simply not intended and the developer did not finish this route.
If you choose the "intervene" option every time, the maid will lead you to all the evidence except the second one. The second evidence is available, as I understand it, if you watch the scene with Logan. The last evidence is in the box on the roof. The letter on the table in the main character's room will indicate that the code to the box is "the key, the will and the main character's name". I didn't understand the last one, and the first two will have numbers in the list of evidence. As a result, the code to the box is 276, you open it and get a good ending, but if you don't open it by the evening when there are 17 days left, then for no reason there will be a bad ending. The end. Or choose "cuckold me" and watch the scenes for all 30 days.
The key to the room on the roof is with Logan, a fake will is in the secret room in the fireplace of the dining room, a suicide note is in the room on the roof, the audio recording will be given to you by the maid's mother when you save her from the prison in the well in the yard, the real seal is in the box on the roof.

Just skip time and during the events of the maid choose "intervene", then she will lead you to the evidence herself. You don't need to look for anything, she will tell you where to go. The path to the good ending is very easy.
