In Sociology this is called "The Peter Principle". Basically this states people get promoted until they get to the position they are least capable in, then stop getting promoted because they are not good enough in that position to get promoted.
Say you have a really good engineer. That engineer gets promoted to manager. However, the skill set for those jobs are different. Engineers need really good engineering skills which this engineer has in spades. However, tne management position may only require moderate engineering skills to do well, but instead people skills are very important, which our engineer doesn't have. So this engineer gets promoted to manager, does the basic minimum at that job to not get fired, but will never be promoted so he is stuck in the job he is least qualified for. Now say two promotions up there is a job our engineer would be perfect for. We'll say the job is Quality Control Inspector, which again is a job for someone with really good engineering skills but doesn't require people skills. Our engineer will never be promoted to that position because he lacks the skills necessary to get promoted from his current job.

This scenario is the most plausible I've seen. She does tell him to go fuck himself when he says he'll show her boyfriend the pics. She agrees to his demands when he says that layoffs are coming and he can protect her and he can also prevent her from losing her health insurance and benefits, which also serves as some social commentary considering the state of the American healthcare system.

This is why paying people more for being a manager makes no sense to me. Its a different skillset, not necessarily a harder one.

Lovers don't go club Sam didn't find Liz, but when the guy is taking photos of wet Liz, Sam beats him

I just replayed the Happy/NTS part with Sam not pissed and Sam warn MC that Liz is dancing with a blond guy and mention again the fortune teller. You can even ask her to bring Liz home and thus preventing Liz from getting fucking. When you piss Sam off she just leave with her own guy without warning MC and Liz get fucked two times...
How to piss Sam off? I got all images without her going angry at me. Was it in the previous version?
Happy/NTS path. On prankster day make Liz wear a short skirt and let her go with Sam instead of meeting her. When Sam ask about the skirt tell her it was your idea and don't tell Liz to confirm it. There are no picture but her attitude is completely different, Sam is litterally cockblocking you if you don't meet Liz at beginning of 0.19 (for example Sam prevent Liz from wearing the tenue in L113 in public and thus prevent Liz from posting L114 on her sharespace) and if you let them go to the club without you, Sam just leave with a guy and let the freeway to Matt.

Not on the happy path, Sam don't know Matt on this one, neither on the NTR one. As far as we know the pictures of the fortune teller don't reveal who fuck Liz... The only path for now where Sam know about Matt is the Lovers one.

Depends on where you jump off to Happy though. It does create a potential plot hole if you only switch from Lovers in the 2nd half of the game since Sam could indeed know Matt from her earlier visits to the office, but it's probably hard to account for everything given the Lovers / Happy dynamic and optional events ...
I don't account the instances where you are kicked out from Lovers later as canon. I only count when you fall on the happy path since the beginning. A last little thing that Nosy said on discord, he will remove all the NTS choices from the Lovers path.
