Is there any difference between choosing conservative or lewd for Liz?

Also does anyone know what difference does it make to make Sam mad?

There are pictures only for conservative and there are pictures that have a lewdness requirement too.

The mood of Sam change the pictures you get on happy/NTS (she is cockblocking you for example she prevent Liz from wearing a certain outfit) and in the club Sam just leave with a guy if she is upset while she is happy you can ask her to bring Liz home. I suspect in the future her mood will affect what Liz will do in the NTS. An example if you piss Sam off at the beach by letting things go too far, Sam threaten you with "If it happen again i will show you what i mean by going too far", i would not be surprised if she makes Liz do some porn if you piss her off again.

At that time she wasn't doing porn yet... She only mention a male model and wasn't trying to get Liz fucked by someone else. She did that because she sensed that Liz was down and wanted to cheer her up. There weren't any real threats at that time. She only wanted to force MC to let her meet with Liz.

In Sam threat after the beach event, there is a punishment tone in it because MC let things go too far for Liz. It is completely a different set of mind...

Some are easy to guess with game elements other a pure luck. And some rare ones needed a little help from Nosy (i don't mean they were given, just a hint or two). There is still a secret that hasn't been revealed here.

Depends on what you mean. Similar in story or similar in gameplay? For gameplay, the "phone message" genre has blown up over the past year and you can find several on this site, like Netorase Phone, or NTR Gram. If you mean story, most ntr games follow the same general pathing, but none will ever start or end the same. For that, you can type "netorare" in the tag filters. You could pick anything in the genre and get what you want. Now if you want something that is the exact same, that's harder, because each developer does things a little differently.

They are for extra (bonus) unlockable cgi’s. If you input them in-game browser, you can get that extra cgi’s.

Android version seems to be bugged - at least for me- game version .20.5, Android 15, i can start the dialog with Liz but as soon as I am supposed to be getting a message from someone else, i can't select that message thread, nothing pops up in it and the game doesn't progress.
