I believe the black girl is the main villain in the story. But for some reason her breasts have shrunk in the future. The redhead might be just random character, not important to the story. I hope we will get more info in the next update

who knows? it might be a copout where it's actually the red-eyed redhead in the comic who will become the red-eyed mad scientist in the game. hair dye can change hair color anyway.

I really doubt it. Redhead isn't smart enough. Moreover, the black girl is kinda psychopath, which matches with Richard's opinion about her
I am surprised that nobody mentioned that Alice looks at lot like Liz (with way bigger boobs). In particular in her party dress.

come to think of it, in one of the secret pics, you have alice(?) and the black-haired woman back-to-back. either the nanobots or something else are responsible for modifying her body (boobs, height, eye color etc) if they are indeed the same person or the women are different people. so far, the story has not indicated any shape-shifting happening.

You can literally see the change in her eye color in the comic. And of course I'm not insisting that my theory will definitely turn out to be true, but in my opinion it looks the most probable.
That girl is scientist who found nanobot "Dr. Sch..." something her name and the red eye short hair girl is one of Richard's ex gf ( Richard has many ex gf) , Liz is completely different girl not related their design is similar that's all
