Does anyone have recommendations for NTR games in relation to mothers? Also more NTR games like NTR Office?
Anyone feel their standards go down over time either art-wise or story-wise during a drought of good games? Like early on I would turn my nose up at Soraue's art or Atelier Sakura's stories but as time passes without a big name release I would finally try them. Maybe if we go long enough without anything good I would be forced to go dumpster diving in the AI generated section.
I would argue that my standards went up. I used to be happy with trashy games, now I must have elite story/perfect cgs/games that cater to my fetish
I started to like these games with different art after playing NTR Adventurers Lyne & Elza and I've been giving AI games a chance after playing Her Fall in the Last Days I've become very open to trying these new games
i feel like i never really had particular standards for the art lmao. as long as it isn't actively grotesque and successfully gets across what it wants to, i don't think more amateur illustration really makes a game any less hot. boy hero ken is revered for a reason, and i think soraue games are great. i guess it would be better if these games did look incredible, but an ntr game with mediocre art and a successful narrative/good ntr game design can be a hall of famer, and an ntr game with amazing illustration and little of the latter elements definitely cannot.
Her Fall in the Last Days isn't AI lol. I'd think the fact that a bunch of half finished illustrations made it into the initial release would make that obvious
Are all of Soraue games like Daily Life in Jeopardy? Like literally not actual gameplay but just moving around at specific times to watch more of the story? Cause that was the part of Daily Life in Jeopardy I didn't enjoy, not even the art. If there's one with a little bit of gameplay, even if simple, that would be great for me.
Also yeah I highly doubt Her Fall is AI, the style is pretty 'sketchy' and unique. If it was AI it would look way 'cleaner' (and therefore boring imo)
soraue games are all pretty much just linear stories yeah. iirc in the last couple games there are some very minor scenes sprinkled in between walking to your destination that you could conceivably miss which might qualify as gameplay, but i like those games pretty much entirely for the scene writing.

Call me crazy but kinetic novels/linear stories are the very best for actually telling a coherent story and building up tension. So many times I see people bashing games for "ugh I got no choice, its not even a GAME ehmergerd". Okay so what? You cant trust the player to make a coherent story and buildup by themselves.

that's probably true. personally i'd take a more freeform sandbox mystery ntr game that sacrifices the narrative element a bit like a hypothetical less tedious version of nebel geisterjager over a kinetic novel, but the latter certainly has its appeal. a case like, again, Her Fall in the Last Days, kind of rubs me the wrong way since it basically has a sandbox corruption plot and a main story corruption plot, and progressing either kind of makes the other one feel silly if you aren't basically manually pacing them to line up better. which you can't really do unless you've already played it. luckily when the expansion comes out, i will have already played it, so maybe it'll be a better experience then.
I just really like the idea of being able to miss bits of the story or scenes if I make a certain choice or play a certain way. I like having the active threat of being 'punished' for not following the route that makes more sense for what I want to see lol
But I totally get that way of building the story sacrifices narrative coherence, so I get why people prefer it linear but well-written and it all kinda 'making sense'

this game is in english, japanese, and chinese so it's ready to be uploaded here officially if somebody can post it. i don't really want to reload this in every 2 weeks.

Dont waste your time, the game literally has just portraits and one or 2 proper CG, its a scam more thn a game, why? cause its trying to sell with that Gorgeous AI cover, but after just 1 cg, it turns in to a complete PIXEL RPGM Game with NO CG.

Teaser for upcoming "itsnotreal's Dark Short Stories"
A series of stories I will make new chapters for, each stand alone and short.
It will know what it is. Witch means short DARK stories (not always NTR but I am a fan of it so...) without long introductions.
But there will still be a short prologue to each story to create something to build on, but will leave space for whatever wank fantasy you want to create in your head.
The AI art will, IMHO sloppy "by design" so save time and create more content rather than perfect content, I save that for the main game I am creating, but that has a LOT development before even showing any teasers.
First story will be:
Young couple (over 18) going on first vacation together
Meets older powercouple
With the premise of swinging, the powercouple manages to manipulate the young couple. What the young couple does not yet know is that both of the powercouple are sadists, the woman gets off from watching her husband humiliate others.
One thing leads to another and so on..
Do not want to spoil too much, especially since it will be a short story, but...

The last image is not finished, I just pulled one randomly and did not realize how bad it was with his arm, THAT kind of slop will NOT be in the novels..
