If you're starting from scratch, there is a decent amount of story and an actual payoff. No music but definitely parts with sound. I'm a native English speaker so the dialogue doesn't need much of a translation. I say much because I have the extra added touch of making sure each character's dialogue feels unique. There are choices but you don't need a crummy walk-through to advance. The Main bull is a country version of an Otaku only hes not blatantly nerdy, isn't comically good looking, or too much an ugly bastard
