Looking forward for their new game. Love their stories, but art meh for me so I hope I'll enjoy the new artist more.

Man, I can't wait until Black Rune comes out and I'm 100% sure the dev is working super hard on it but it's still so frustrating that he can't keep up with his predictions. The plan was an update in September on ci-en, we're in the middle of nov and he's still not even sure if he can finish up a trial by december. Must be tough making a game like this by yourself. Oof.

Last CIEN update they showed were pretty advanced and that was like 6 months ago? i think unless he decided to add even more content then it may come out this year or in january hopefully

hes mostly updating twitter now and the updates are pretty small

Yeah, and I think he made a lot of progress this year. He's posted a lot of cgs, spritework and misc stuff on Twitter and updates his progress there pretty often. I'd say the game is probably 60-70% finished though and there's no way he finishes up by december. It's a 2023 release for sure
