It's gay but trashier. One of the guys will have a much more poorly drawn penis that is like a hairy banana in shape with balls that dangle like an aging old man, and breasts that are much bigger than should exist outside the forbidden depths of DeviantArt.
Whether the other characters are male or female, it manages to be gay by capturing the worst extremes of both genders at once.
Just find some typical yaoi or yuri and the average porn will be significantly higher quality. This is about averages though. Someone can make terrible yaoi or yuri, and someone could make futa well, but you have a safer bet going without the futa if it's just a shot in the dark.

The dev says in 1 week 500 yen supporters will gain access to it so I guess we wait, and if the trend keeps up it might trickle down to 100 yen folks eventually
