I think he's saying that having different people from different routes look the exact same and be drawn in the same positions (because a lot of the times it's just copy&paste) can mess with the immersion, which I understand.

And I agree, part of good ntr is having that contrast. Makes the corruption more pronounced when you see a pig of a dude get it on with your waifu.
Only times I can stomach this generic stuff is if a game has a looot of scenes and makes this for reused quick scenes.
I wish artists would actually give detail to the male characters. I don't really know how to explain it, but it feels more personal when the dude has actual eyes in CGs. Not very little facial detail on dudes in CGs kinda makes the male character feel more hollow i guess?

The main bad guy from Dark Hero Party is actually hot and strong. IMO one of the best written NTR story where the FMC actually falls in love with the bad guy (not over his BIG cock). The thug actually changes and kinda becomes a family man because the FMC's pussy is just that good that he doesn't find other girls. And the girl feels attracted to the bad guy because 1) she thinks the childhood friend (you) is dead 2) he's genuinely compatible with her 3) he changes for the better.
This narrative is studied in female psychology, where psychologists think women are attracted to dominant "bad boys" but only if they can be tamed. The villain is a bad boy, but he's HER bad boy and to her the villain is very nice. It's the Beauty and the Beast troupe. You see it everywhere, such as Twilight, Fifty Shades of Grey, etc. All stories women love and relate to (because it's true and not just "BIG DICK GO RETARD")
It's one of those games that I think does a complete defeat of the MC's ego as a man, rather than the standard overused troupe of "cock addict". I appreciate that game's writing a lot more, though I think the other 2 girls that gets fucked are not as developed.
The only bad thing for me in that game is there's not really much choice, and the "good narrative" I'm talking about happens off camera for you to watch in the replay room.
If he was ugly as fuck the game would be a masterpiece haha

And that's why I think it was bad for NTR to become "mainstream". Back then it was something more like a niche and people really develop their characters(or at least put some effort)... Nowadays people create a lot of low quality crap and put NTR in it for boosting their sales. The last new good NTR game that I played it was "Hero Roy's Wedding" and "NTR Survival Z",and although they're good, they're not top tier.

It is all about setup. All these games are afraid to lose their players interest so they just have stuff happening in 5 minutes.
The fmc is a stranger. It is just random porn at that point, since no emotional connection has been made.
Good writing is really crucial for ntr. Most of my favorite ntrs are really long ass games, but it really is required for the ntr to click.

Second is player retention, not everyone has time or the will to play even 3+ hours cause ppl come to quick fap porn and not for the story.
Third an absurd and unrealistic fiction is also what people come for. Because it's far from reality and there is no emotional connection.
So, I would not say that these NTR projects are bad as they satisfy the target audience.

I didn't come for a Universe Brain level of Story. I came for PORN!
If it is Netorare, the goal is simply to make it be understood the "Relationship" between the Characters, Romantically.
Time is precious. Why should i waste it on really great Stories i can find in so many other Games that isn't Porn? Mangas too.
I disconnect from the Protagonist, except if i make them similar to me, or have some sort of genuine emotional connection. XCOM Characters when they die after hundred of hours and has become key characters in your campaign, and dies, for example. That is emotional. So yes. The fuck i care about what happens if i'm not invested in objects, persons and worlds?
I don't understand this massive desire to explain EVERY little reason for the Protagonists girlfriend willfully bangs the fat hung baron guy, or the oversized bully Futa. I'm not here for psychological understanding. I'm here to FAP!
So please. Spare me this weird attitude when you require explanations, excuses, reasons and motives for every little thing. If you REALLY want that, go find Henteria Chronicles. As boring it is with the Sexual Content, it literally makes solid argument to why the Netorare happens, it is a part of its universal lore.
Drama is shit, i hate it. I came for escapism, fun and good faps. And i am bored of the vanilla/normal content where nothing really extreme happens. Even Rape has become weak and looks like Semi-Consensual intercourse. Fuck the limits of Fictional Porn and to hell making them just another Story Heavy Game, with few very short sex scenes.

One of the reasons im not too critical when it comes to the story-telling aspects in ntr . That's why I sometimes welcome obnoxious plots. As long as the scenes are hot, it's good for me.
Don't get me wrong, I do love some good story ntr game , but if that's the only thing you're gonna look, given that kind of ntr is not abundant as said by Son1cc, then you're gonna miss out some mediocre ones .

I dont know about that. There's still some people that complains about it cuz it's "cheating". I remember seeing a comment like that a few days ago on the Handyman Legend game that recently came out.
