It's very simple...The best NTR games are the NTR games that tugs your heart string such that you personally fall in love with the heroine. Her kindness, her strength, her beauty. All of those should resonate with the player and make you want to root for the heroine and the MC.
The best NTR games are the ones that stand tall and can work as a romance game, only for poor choices by the player and the ingenuity of the villain to completely defile and tarnish what is once beautiful.
I want villains who can outsmart me. I want to be challenged as the MC to try to save the FMC and our relationship. And when I fail, that's when I bust the biggest nut ever.
I don't consider cheating games NTR. A woman who cheats is just a moral-less F-Tier woman. It doesn't even matter if she's hot as fuck to me. But I do like a challenge when the villain is hot as fuck. It completely breaks immersion to me that my ideal woman would ever fall for a fat sack of smelly, piece of shit.

To be clear, it’s just a fantasy, a dark one but still. I would personally never cheat or want to be cheated on.

I don't really fixate on that much, well there are limtis mostly on the ugly because i can't fap if i have to burn my eyes after seeing untold horrors, for me is more of about the character of the Netori guy, i don't like it when they are nice dudes, for me ntr to feel really like ntr the guy needs to be bad, a villain or at least very self centered compared to the MC.
Basically i don't mind if they are pretty outside so long as they are ugly inside xD

It’s not really the same but check out SexLife of Netflix. That’s the sort of fantasy I’m coming from. I realize NTR means a different thing and supposed to be experienced from the husband’s point of view, but more vanilla games with the cheating tag don’t seem to go as kinky. And if done right, the story can have a really hot femdom dynamic too. But most NTR games aren’t like that, I think.That's understandable,and also a good insight . I am a guy but I am the opposite I prefer when the guys are ugly,fat or old because it appeals to me that those women are so desperate that they are willing to sleep with those men for sex and its something that would hardly happen in real life thus making the NTR stronger.
On the other hand when the guy stealing is a gigachad who is handsome or rich I loose all interest because to me it makes sense that they would cheat with someone who is better looking more handsome with a better body as to opposed an ugly looking guy, to me the appeal of NTR mostly comes from the corruption element but also hugely on seeing women fall in the hands of dudes that in no other reality would they get laid by such sexy looking women.
I think for me its the basic Idea that if you told people would you cheat with this ugly person they most likely would say no but if you told them the opposite if they would cheat with a super model more then likely way more people would say yes or would think about it but that's just my personal opinion I know how in a woman's point of view it could be totally different.

Yes the ugly fat guy route is the best because means we get a true underdog character every time they make game we’re the character who supposed to be loser is really a chad or a Blonde Chad it’s so annoying it’s repetitive that’s why every time i play a NTR game I look for a character ugly fat guy character to NTR the heroine instead of the Chad But I do hope one day someone makes a good NTR game where we play as the fat ugly guy to steal the handsome chad harem with his sex skills and Seduction alone with out the aphrodisiac or mind control.
What i like most in NTR plots is when some bastard wins. Doesnt matter ugly or handsome, but antagonist must be a bastard. I also like when fmc dislike him, maybe even hate him, but with time that changes. He would use anything he possible can to achive that. i like when bad guy at disadvantage at the start, when mc and fmc love each other and mc is not just some completely useless loser. I love to have "How the fuck is this guy going to win over this girl?" thought in my head.
