Tsumamigui 3 is one of the best ntr games out there , its sad that the translation for it here is unplayable , so do you think someone can have this game Translated with CHAT GPT / MANUAL better than the one we have , i feel like its worth it , i made theard for it in translation section.
I was interested in the game, as far as I know there are Deepl translation available here and another one made with . Which one was unplayable for you? Both? Why?

I guess if one wants to comission this one to Dazedanon given the game's length it might cost some good 3 figure amount in $. But it doesn't have to be one person, right? I haven't played games with ChatGPT translation but if it's good - like considerably better than Deepl/Sugoi I'd be interested in showing him a script of one of Anim games - he's not into packing/unpacking it himself and looking for csv files as I recall but it's kind of easy to arrange. He can appraise the cost in advance but I suspect it to be no less than 40-50$? so I'm not up for comissioning it myself alone, of course.

What are you trying to do? Take that current sprite and make them chibi-type sprites? Or like change the image size and be imported into rpgm?

The second one image size and import them into rpgm mv because if i could do that I can also find sex sprites and edit them a bit for a short NTR

You can put the sprite sheet into the img/character folder or use the resource manager to import it. However, you will need to use Image editing software to turn that into a sprite sheet that is compatible. To do that I would just open a default character sprite as a reference and on another layer overlay the sailor moon sprites. Then when you create the actor you can select it.

Most image editors will have a line guides option which I would use to make sure everything is lined up correctly. You can probably find a layout guide on what formats to use too. Been a while since I used rpgm.

No problem at all. For that, I just opened them in paint right quick and cut them and moved them. In Asprite, open the sailor moon file and one of the default sprite files. Then use the marquee tool (the first one looks like a dotted square) to highlight one of the sailor moon sprite and copy it (ctrl+c), then paste (ctrl+v) it into the other file. As for the fourth row, I used the same marquee tool to highlight the left-looking row and copy it, then paste it. Then while the pasted section is still highlighted, go to Edit/Flip Horizontal.

3 figure amount in $ for MTL is that a joke?
It's the cost of tokens/translation for ChatGPT; as far as I understand people can comission games paying him that cost. He can roughly calculate it in advance given the amount of text a game has and tokens that would be needed, accordingly. He also has Patreon or something but that's because he is developing that tool to interact with ChatGpt and translate games, there is thread somewhere here. He mentions a current range of 2$ for small RPGM games to 60$ for some VNs - but has he meant the biggest possible novels or average ones? VNDB mentions for Tsumamigui 3 40+ hours, so go figure...

And as I said, I'm not aware of the quality of his translations cause I'm yet to play one of the games translated with ChatGPT, so I don't know how much of an improvement over Deepl/Sugoi it is and is it worth investing 30-60-100+$. That's the question and maybe some people who played his translated games can comment on how much better it is, well not over Google if you're using MTOOL, cause pretty much anything is better...

I tried to translate some of the sentences from various games with ChatGPT 3.5 at and I wouldn't say it's way better than Deepl/Sugoi but maybe original ChatGPT website/playground is somewhat better, I dunno. Also Dazedanon somehow defines context for his translations for ChatGPT and it might return a better quality translations over what I tried to do.

Obviously someone out there knows their way around the game and how to pack/unpack the script, but that's neither me nor Dazedanon, that's problem №1. №2 is that you/bunch of people are going to have to pay for that, presumably handsomely (50-100+$).

Sugoi/Deepl are somewhat on par and the logical advice - if one of them doesn't work for you then try another?

P.S. Some of Dazedanon threads, last 3 tagged 'Netorare':
- Laura of Zero Moon
- You, Like the Sun, Are Falling (going to be finished by Saikey soon as I recall, so why..? Might be a good way to compare translations/figure ChatGPT MTL quality when it's out BTW)
- Dungeon with Girl
- Kakuriyo, the village of obscene customs ~Sexual Secret-Keeping Moratorium~

You just got a little bit too much on the sides when you copied it, just go back and use the eraser to remove the extra stuff around each sailermoon. You're getting there though, noice.
I just copied and paste it in the people sheet I don’t know if was supposed to do that but I’m getting closer to something I’m going to try to use some other sprites from this website IMG_5849.png

Well, as far as i'm concenred if you consider spending that much money, i would much rather pay them to guy that actually knows japanese. And let me tell you, there are quite few of them at level necessary to translate things like that. Some of them play VNs anyway cause that's literally is a way how they learn japanese in first place. You can just go and ask some of them and may be someone would commit: .
As for ChatGPT vs DeepL, i wouldn't be as optimistic, i can't imagine it being much better. One thing about japanese is that it has heavy context dependency, and quite a bit of things just gets omitted from sentence if speaker can deduce what's missing. Like they usually don't use pronouns nearly as much as we do, words also don't get conjugated based on gender, heck they don't even distinguish between future and present tense. All of that can easily be handled by speaker cause he knows what's going on. I imagine that if network would learn little bit on text it can deduce some context, but still some isolated entries like menu options, hints, intentory etc. would still look odd. So i presume he just tunes his translations, which is not much different from translating from scratch.
