I know this may sound silly but before you wait for the full/final release, it's probably better to at least have a copy of the current version.

It was OK but the choices are bugged. The just let you choose a single option. You can bypass that problem by loading the options in a JP version of the game and choosing there and then continuing in the version with the patch. Or at least it was like that 2 weeks ago. Maybe they fixed that already. If they fixed that please say so

Huge breasts can work but they need to have a proportional body with them imo. Like the heroine being a bit plump etc., like the image you showed.
I really hate huge balloons on a thin model-like body.
