Found a potential NTR game on Itch.io. Called Maya's Mission an Ace Attorney Fan Parody Game, by PinkMochiDango. It just got it's EA 0.1 version out.

A public free version will be available a month later. I won't be Subbing for more, i'm already tight on Sub Money as it is.

Also you can always try doing a reverse image search. Thats just what I did.
On chrome: right the image, choose "search image with google" and choose the link(s) you think is most viable.

Tried it, would skip this version. Two scenes and not a lot of extra stuff to fill it out. Took a whole of like 10 minutes with light skipping if I remember correctly.
