Just read some of the comments in the thread and apparently the girls who get railed by others are not LI and just some random. So, it cannot be counted as netorare. Unless you are talking about any of the LIs this is not ntr.

I was talking about scenes in-game, coz I did get the game and played it
my game, Let the Nightshine in, is like that
and I have another game called Living Together, it's like that tooTried it, would skip this version. Two scenes and not a lot of extra stuff to fill it out. Took a whole of like 10 minutes with light skipping if I remember correctly.

Also you can always try doing a reverse image search. Thats just what I did.
On chrome: right the image, choose "search image with google" and choose the link(s) you think is most viable.
