No, but you can buy DLsite points via stores like TokyoOtakuMode (or something like that) since it seems like they've also taken down the 3rd party site for direct dlsite point purchases.
I wish all these money companies would fucking stop this "oh no, don't use money to buy porn!!!"

At least it looks like the service is down temporarily... I hope they're back next week, I don't want to jump a billion hoops just to buy a game.
