When you say "Medieval Ages", do you mean historically medieval or just swords+shields and that kind of stuff. Going a little further, do you want something that revolves around fantasy medieval with goblins and witches or realistic.

Off the top of my head, a couple medieval NTR games are "A Struggle with Sin", "Farmers Dreams", "Seeds of Chaos" and "Almeria 5th Knights". All of them are fantasy medieval though.

From what I can tell, a lot more RPG Maker games are usually set in the medieval ages in comparison to Renpy games.

Well this is the problem i am not a big fan of RPGM games , like you said its hard to find Renply games with Fantasy/Medieval type games.

Yeah, it feels like 90% of NTR games are Japanese RPGM games, which are just not my thing at all. I cannot get into them. I prefer Western 2D/3D Renpy or Unity games. There are so few of them with actual NTR content.
