Oh he doesnt have to be a loser. But sometimes things just dont work out. Well its a bit beside the point I wanted to make and got a bit off course. Thought about it a bit more and an initial choice of "do you want the possibility of ntr" and then make it very hard to not get ntred could work. Though it really should be tuned very high up, or it just turns into netorase.

Personally I just like unavoidable ntr most (so mostly a kinetic story with open world elements, free to roam, forced to follow the story and pacing as dev intended), but thats an impossibility in an optional ntr game (since you have to have a choice somewhere, if it was unavoidable ntr after an initial choice, again its just netorase. So yeah... its weirdly complicated lol. In that case initial choice and then very hard to avoid is best).

Look into that way that after NTR lvl 3 it becomes linear NTR game :D After that, it is mostly a discovery game since babysiting events dont really matter and in gameplay loop the scene will happen no matter if you are doing well or not. :D

We have threads like Mom and Sis NTR works and Bully + mother, but alas, girls use to be not too strong-willed. Mom x bully is not an uncommon plot, but a mom putting any interesting fight is rare.

As for games, have you tried playing Mind Luda by Kuripick? But all the Kuripick's games are banned here.

And some good momntr games you might find interesting enough - not especially strong-willed women, but at least with some personality, and there's good writing.

As for netori momntr, I recently played Do You Like the P☆A President?, and it was somewhat fun.
As for breaking female CEO, people do recommend Tsuma no Haha ~Gouman Onna Shachou to Doukyo no Hibi~, even though not ntr. But I've not tried it yet.

Well I really do appreciate a "tested" and somewhat successful developer, with a completed project (which is quite a big one) under his belt to tackle the NTR trope. Dunno whether you have been into it since longer but I am excited to see how you manage... though I remain skeptical. Depending on whether you are new to the genre or whether you are elaborate certainly plays a huge role in how good you actually realize it. But as far as I observe it you try to at least be in contact with the real connoisseurs and the NTR sages around here, like Kulman and now yours truly ;)

Have you played the developer's UNO games? Good little pixel games with mom ntr but you have to use a translator if you don't know Japanese. Surprise visit by rulu enno is good strong-willed mom/milf ntr by cousin. Power vacuum best 3dcg western game with mom ntr just make sure to download the patch and the separate what-ifs non canon episodes 1-8. For strong willed mother 3dcg games with a small amount of mom ntr there is Corrupted Hearts and Sexbot 1 and 2 but you have to play through a good amount of the game to even get the ntr scenes. There is the game The Mystery of NTR by HoRTN that is centered around a strong willed MILF ntring her son but I can't tell you how good it is because I've only played a little bit. There's a ton of 2d Japanese/Western MOM or Milf ntr games I could recommend but alot of them aren't what you would consider Strong-willed women I think :KEK: alot of them are ditzy women who fall pretty fast. it's doable enough that you can probably score 2~3 / 5 for every challenge

the 5 represent the weekdays, the 2 you scored correctly is a vanilla scene.
while the 3 wrong ones will advance the NTR progression.
and this happens over 40 challenges

eventually the NTR will progress enough to trigger new scenes, because its very difficult to 5/5 the challenge

so in the perspective that, im trying to win, i'll protect her, me trying hard but she gradually get NTR'd anyways gives that true NTR feeling

but the other perspective, i just want the NTR, ill fail everything 0/5 so i get the corruption faster. is that a bad thing you can intentionally fail challenges? is that a turn off?

maybe the question is, does it have to be difficult to win, or difficult to lose on purpose?

may i get your thoughts on this dilemma? what makes avoidability work for you?

edit: it sounds like my mechanic is not avoidable, but technically it is avoidable. someone might be able to find a strategy to win all the time, but i'd assume 90+% of people will mistake enough for bad scenes to progress into real NTR. the main worry is probably the ability to intentionally fail challenges, makes it lose suspense?

The real porn I'm referring to has simply stolen pictures and videos from porn movies (employing actors and crew would probably be well beyond the means of most f95 game devs). Usually just straight up scenes from the movie with some model shots of the actresses for the story bits. Not even some light photoshopping of the images nor editing of the videos to give it some personality.

And worst of all... they don't even choose any of the actually good looking porn actresses. Unforgivable! :p

Hey bro, I saw your work, it’s awesome. I’ve been trying AI image generation myself, but I struggle with consistency (I finally solved part of it using a LoRA). I’m using Stable Diffusion XL, specifically WAI-illustrious-SDXL v14.
I know I’m asking a lot, but could you please guide me on how you achieve consistent characters, different actions, poses, and camera angles? I can’t get the exact poses or angles I picture, and the model usually fails when the scene gets complex, especially with multiple characters interacting.
What tools and techniques do you use? If you can share, I’d really appreciate it.
