Oh yeah I remember this. Kinda meh if I'm being honest but not horrible either. The scene progression feels kind of fast in that it feels like she accepts the dude moving from just groping to fucking almost way too quickly.

Its a lot of work too to purposely wait around and fail at doing the main gameplay aspects. I always praise kubel because that game makes it easier when you actively allow ntr....which is how those antagonists usually gain leverage

NTR is unavoidable. Unless you don't even install, then you're just NTR-ing yourself from the NTR (checkmate).
There's two routes; Netorare and Netorase. All depends on your first choice in the game. The gameplay also drastically changes, and majority of the gameplay takes place in the Netorare route.
I think there's only one good ending, where you end the game before getting fully cucked. The rest are just depressing. But hey, NTR.
Tips: Save often, especially before the hospital. You can only do so in the safe zone, not when you're out scouting.
