Overview:
A world where zombies roam in great numbers all over the world.
This is the story of Roy and his wife, Sherry.
Working together, the two confronted the zombie hordes and make their way to Washington, D.C.
However, medical supplies, food, ammunition, and various other supplies are in short supply.
But, by chance, they came across some survivors who had gathered and were hiding behind barricades.
Among them is a reunion with Gordon, an acquaintance from their college days.
Roy and Sherry decide to work there to replenish their supplies.
They put in a lot of effort into their work....
Gordon, the man who has been after Sherry for a long time, is relentless in his pursuit of her.
Will Roy be able to protect Sherry and make it to Washington D.C. safely?​

Yeah it is male protag. I think there is one part where you play as her though and from what I remember there was an option to share her. It's been a while though since I played it.

There are some netorase, yes. But only five or six scenes.

there is a short sharing route something like 5-6 scenes where the douche chad make a proposition to you at the begenning of the game you can either go to dangerous mission outside the base in dangerous places to collect ressources while your wife work in the base or accept to lend your wife to the douche so you can have an easy job who give you lot of money ( you just need to stand guard on one of the base building during the night while you wife is getting chad D lmao ) if you refuse you automaticaly enter the netorare route and you need to collect ressource as quickly as possible before douche seduce your wife and give her the D ( there is a good ending)
