Go to auto translate folder , click on config.ini then under [General] change the first line to 'Language= '(with out the apostrophes)

You get it by using Triangular Chair and choosing Forced Organsm. Afterwards you will get a text from Chiho with the picture. But it is kinda buggy so you might not get the right picture.
