thats already trademark for this dude...he starts strong with his games, and then slowly manages to mess it all up with his poor decisions/choices, till the very ends which are rushed poorly executed gaming-disasters.MC has sex with Nicole the whole f***ing game and there's no ending? WTF!
thus i strongly disagree with a post from above - i would always take good solid game under development (even with tediously slow development) over some piece of c*ap with "finished" tag.
he shouldnt work alone, he sucks at writing and overall game-plotting, he should work as an artist with some decent dev...sadly he is a dev, alone, so we are getting what we have for some time now

Ending should be like marriage with kids etc with each female characters like becoming a family -or cult leader with allot of girls harem...
Because that is the style of this game developer (Daniels K). He starts making an interesting new game and then somewhere in the midway he stops caring. Then his writing will turn into mess and he will rush into very disappointing ending and after that he goes to start developing a new game. He has made like 10 games in this way. Rinse and repeat.

It's a cheat code to get the Lisa/Charlotte ending. If you want to do it the "hard" way you have to play the whole thing again and NOT fuck Hazel/cheat on Charlotte (c'mon, how many people actually don't have their MC fucking everyone first time through?).
Because DK is not one to crank out an update every 6 months for 3-5 years and then abandon it half finished. His stories tend to not be complicated or that deep (the 2-parter Pine Falls and it's cameos from previous AVN's are about as complicated as it gets so far, basically an Under The Dome adaptation) but he still earns enough to have it as his day job so mission accomplished. Usually after 14-16 monthly updates and roughly 30 hours of playtime there's no more story to tell. A glorified-masseur MC with very small sub stories just isn't going to take 40 monthly updates to finish without feeling repetitive to the point of annoying or getting boring or just plain falling off a cliff and landing in a pool of shit (ie Thirsty For My Guest comes to mind). My favorites from him are Dusklight Manor and Pine Falls, and his next one (prob finished in Fall 2023) will be a hybrid of those 2 from a plot standpoint (a bunch of vampires stuck in a giant town-sized jar? I guess we find out next month). It's too bad he doesn't have a Subscribestar. He's one of the few reliable ones with 6 years of track record where you get more than a monthly render and progress report (some don't even do that) for your sub money.

That's most of these Renpy game developers. A lot of them are really strong in one area but blow it in others. For most of them, handling all aspects of a project usually leads to unfinished, mediocre, bland games...which is more than 90% of what is out there.
Same thing here. Its the usual save incompatibility garbage. Just have to wait for someone to share a save on the new version or the gallery mod to be updated.

Sounds like your save files are corrupted. So play it again, it's not that hard to skip to choices and remake those as save points. This isn't one of those huge AVN's where doing that will take hours even without reading and fapping.

If you do want a gallery then SanchoMod has one included with over 50 scenes, so it's an option. Otherwise you're on your own replaying via save files. Just letting you know, you do you. Regards.

Links in the mod's OP are updated. This is a maintenance release to resolve issues as described here by Spatenklopper
Changelog:
- Declared even more variables the dev for whatever reason decided not to. If you have issues with Lisa Roche scenes during normal playthrough then will resolve.
