How do I finish stage 5? I went around to all the rooms and opened all the cells but can't seem to find the final key.

I was stuck in the same place. It seemed that this was as far as the game has come in the current version. All the scenes are unlocked by that point so the key may not be in game.
I was never able to kill masked orc - does he have it?
At this point i dont remember where and how, but stage 5 can be passed. You are greeted with "no more content yet" screen though.
No, the goblin that he was talking to had it. Go to the dungeon where you first first encountered the two. Kill the goblin on the left that is suckling the dangling woman, and then escape out the way with the long corridor at the northernmost path.
The key that goblin has opens up another room which has a tentacle in the barrel iirc. I don't recall it being able to open the door to escape level 5.
