I'll answer with my interpretation of what I've seen so far. Keep in mind there's not a lot of clarification. I don't know if Nyakumi shares more info on the discord server or if he aswered this kind of questions already. A lot if left to interpretation so far.
1- Males do have a role in this universe, both the humans and the catlike. Is just that they are not the focus here for obvious reasons.
1.1- Different dick sizes as seen in
Lewd Game Show 3. But keep in mind, how can a typical male compete with The Nekos (Yuna, Misaki, Yuki, Aiko, Haru, Kumi) or with the powerful effects of Futa Potions.
1.2- The lewd virus does affect males as that topic was even addressed
Your Lewd Treatment [POV]. How the effects vary bt males and females idk. I would speculate that the effects are more intorelable for males.
1.3- For example males like the catbros work for the Nyakuza and even develop tech to be used against the virus (
Lewd Side Job 2). It is just that many males won't have the stamina or training to treat an extreme lust imbued female affected by the lewdness and not give away to the lewd virus in the process themselves. See how that human male (or us the viewer) in
Your Lewd Treatment [POV] was unconscious and being rescued by Akeno of the Futa Police Force to receive treatment. Probably got caught up in a mist area and got the lewdness. Officer Akeno wears that special mask to prevent the effects of the mist.
2/2.1- I think that's the inside joke of making the catbros. I even theorize that they are the representation of regular guys when they are reincarnated in this universe. Like guys living their lives there but they do play a role in the universe and even get involved with the main characters and the story all the time
3- The city is likely to be a horny place because as seen in
Q&A with the Nekos and
Lewd Treatment the lewdness is resurgent and many citizens (mainly females seen so far) stalk the Nekos constantly for sex and add to that the horny effects of the futa potions they are constantly taking.
3.1- So yeah sex encounters out in the public are recurrent. That doesn't mean is perceive as standard behaviour in public spaces and is even "punishable" by the FPF (
Lewd Succubus) (Futa
Troublemakers).
On top of that there's a lot of locations where citizens engage in lewd activities like: the bar/stripclub; the treatment stations; the store; the gym; "Le Refineza" massage club (
Lewd Side Job); the facilities where the lewd game shows broadcasted to tv take place. And even inside the Nyakuza facilities.
4- Of course the futa potions and the high lewness make obvious for women to be dating each other. There's no reason why that would make them exclude males. This is shown in
Your Lewd Treatment [POV] where you can see that the Futa Police Force girls are more than happy to "treat" and engage in lewd activities with a male.
The Nekos are clearly atracted to each other and other females. Misaki hangs out with Astolfo as well (though he has a feminine apperance). Other that that, that's as far as I can tell.
4.1/4.2- There's no information that I can think of about the use of futa potions on males. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere but I don't remember info about it atm.
5- Powers are open to interpretation and not fully explained yet. "Officer" Akeno is not a Neko (could be hiding it though). She's been seen using powers and casting magic circles (
A Halloween Special).
All of the Nekos have unique powers as well. Some obvious ones like turning into futa at will, high tolerance, endurance and ability to treat the lewdness. But there's only a few of them.
Misaki has some unique powers as well, she was found alone fishing in a mist covered area, breathing in the mist without suffering any effect and just a couple drops of her special juice is enough to make futa potions.
The main 3 Nekos in their fusion form YuMiKo also gain unique powers as shown in
The Nyakuza Superstar. Looks super saiyan like. Telepathically fucks the lewdness out of the infected female. Superspeed. And looks like she absorbs into her body the lewd energy as a pink sphere after the "treatment".
The new neko Kumi also has mysterious powers like concentrating pink lewd energy in her hands which she can use to modify her body (
Lewd Gym 2). She also emits pink energy spheres and infects with lewdness the target (
Happy Halloween).
On further note, plenty of small lore related hints are added in many videos or at least it used to be that way.
There's some hidden twist here involving Akeno and her sus behaviour (the fact that she uses magic), Kumi and her pink energy powers , and the magic used by the female entity that showed up in
Lewd Adventure.
