It's pretty bad but I give him some slack for his Lara Croft model, that has gone to allow other creators to make their own porn using the model.

Too bad Nyl's animations are better than MK1's animations. The fact that they still animate like trash is crazy to me, specially for a fighting game when you have SF6 and GGS that does it perfectly. Same goes for the sound effets, 0 effort.

They've looked pretty shit in the last few tbh. Ed Boon is pretty retarded. Nyl and other modelers manage to pretty them up.
As I understand from the interviews, the models were adapted to avoid a sensual vision that better fit the current times. Particularly I preferred 100000x the vision of capcom for street fighter 6 kkkk.
But with the release of the game the MK subject will come back to the surface and the animators will put their models in motion.
A jackerman job on this would be nice. I don't know good animators like him who make this kind of content.

I feel like every MK game after 9 has been hit with not just the Ugly Stick, but the entire Ugly Tree. Then again, it was the same way with the Injustice games. Wonder Woman's face looked particularly man-ish. I get MK is trying to go for realistic-looking characters that fit in with today's culture, but I play video games to avoid today's culture. Long rant short: I miss MK 9.
