Maybe not, but the thing is some people here might actually take it as advice and fuck up their system some day in the future.Did I give advice? I just stated my personal experience and that's it, I don't like that something loads my system without my knowledge and control, from the outside it seems that the defender works well, but I usually surf such sites where I am used to using the action manual and use VPN, TOR, or just bypass DPI, and all antiviruses and other crap often block access and consider any fart from the outside already a "threat". If you want advice, I will give it, use Adguard as a threat blocker, if you want to check files, then adwcleaner is enough, in recent years I only see how Microsoft conducts anal surveillance of users and increasingly climbs with the protection of the security core, but in fact it does nothing and all the same problems remain from year to year.
It's cool that you know your way around the internet, but you gotta realize, that the average person is not as knowledgeable about this stuff as you might think. It's better and much easier for them to just leave Windows Defender on.
Anyways I don't wanna really argue about this anymore and clog the thread, just wanted to warn some people here, to not just go disable their Anti Virus software and continue on downloading random files of the Internet.
