Its not the translators fault, its the translation process.

(Non-machine) Translators are paid based on the number of words translated. The longer the script, the more words, the more expensive. Non-nukige VNs have shorter scripts, thus fewer words and less expensive.

Depends what you want. Do you want a game or a visual novel? They make kinky visual novels. No or almost no choices, the story is always insane, but they're also really kinky. One of their other "In another world harem builder" games, you impregnate and piss on / in basically everyone you meet. They're awesome!

We all know what Miel & Norn are about, decent CGs loosely tied together by mediocre "prose" at best. Won't insult the written word by called that thing a "story".

Nothing wrong with that of course, they are pretty much quintessential Nukiges. My only gripe is that they just feel so soulless that they completely waste the potential of their beautiful art.

If they put just a bit of effort in creating at least a semblance of a coherent story with at least a wince of character development it would elevate them to another level. Look at the Funbag Fantasy series for a VN that does Nukiges right, Imo.

Eh, if you're looking to fap then they're all right. Plenty of tig ol' bitties, sex up the wazoo (and sex in the wazoo)- perfectly serviceable for what they are. That said, if I wanted that kind of linear fap experience I've got Pornhub (for 3D pig-disgusting) and Sukebei (for 2D pig-disgusting); I personally just don't see the point unless it's got some kind of specific fetish that I'd bother taking up hard drive space with.

It might be cause Japanese storytelling always tend to exagerrate to a RIDICULOUS level whether it is expressions, voice acting etc, etc, so that it might seem stupid and laughable to the western masses.

Company is called Miel which is spanish for honey and the piss looks like honey. So its thematically fitting. But its only until recently that they started to go all out.
My guess is that the artist has a fetish for it and he is basically the dev's most important asset so they let him do it.
Cant turn it off of course.
