You can just ask to the crystal to 'help you',if gonna give some hint for the ending you want,go to the crystal you want and "select hint".

However for the "normal/blue crystal" your missing Takuo (Park),Ken (School gymnastic),the priest at the temple and the office (second city select business zone).

Whenever I start a new game, the sociality and nympho reset back to 100 and 0. Is the option for keeping it bugged?

Just go to the train at the north (pass under the "dig").
You can contact your chidhood friend by using your smartphone (Key A I think) or by going in the school.
