Is there a way to change the main character's name?
And is there a way to replay scenes after unlocking them?

There's a scene-viewer room in the bottom left of the main town. I forget exactly what you need to do to unlock it, probably just story progress?
The game offers no way of changing the name. However, since it's RPGM you can just extract the files (they extract to .json text files) and do a Find/Replace, or use a utility like Translator++ to do the same
As a lover of MILFs, harems, and high quality CGs, this is hands down one of my favorite games I've played, and that's coming from someone who normally hates RPGM games (don't like the "time wasting" needed to run around).
Does anybody have any more recommendations for games similar (MILFs, harem, good art)? Unfortunately don't know Japanese, so any VNs or games would need to be in English.

How can i upload this save to my game ?Here's a v.1.20 save file but I suggest you better play the full game from a clean save cause the story is kinda nice.
