between the quest for cute and these laws, thats supposed to be one of the reasons why lolita became so popular over there (because imaturte genitalia are exempt as dragon ball and crayon devil shin chan demonstrate. at least boy genitalia). at least until someone in the us started to cry "why doesnt anyone think of the imaginary girls" or something.

I think Lolita has started to become popular everywhere now thanks to them, I know i'm certainly a Lolicon but I never associated it with the relevant games being uncensored. I don't think I can name any uncensored Japanese loli games and I have played a whole lot of them.

i was talking originaly. games are a complete different pair of shoes. ive seen manga examples where a girls vulva was fully detailed until the moment a dick was rammed in, at which point it was censored. but that was a product from decades ago. also, a lot of doujin mangas censor rather superficialy.
does anyone know how to change from Japanese to english from what I see the version I downloaded has both but only the menu and tittle is in English?
Any Japanese game that isn't an official licensed English translation (reprogrammed for US/Canada and maybe parts of Europe and Australia) usually requires you to change your PC locale to Japanese even if there's a English fanpatch included. Your computer will then think you're in Japan which these games by default are usually region locked to.
Control Panel --> Region --> Administrative --> Change System Locale --> select Japanese (Japan) & click ok
You will then be asked to restart your computer
You can always change the locale back to whatever it was before once you've finished the game.
Also double check that the game version you have is the "Animation" version. As far as I know the English patch is only compatible with this updated re-release (released in Japan in 2016). The patch won't work properly with the original version (released 2011 in Japan)
