how do i play easy mode
What whatever reason the staff here has decided to upload a version without the launcher, the game comes with, so most likely the game when downloaded from here is always gonna be normal mode. And the cheat room is only accessible in easy mode (assuming a non-modded game otherwise)how do i open the sercet room for item and gear from the castle stair ?
Goblin Cliff is near the entrance to the City of Mist, on a path that goes right.I've been playing the game for a while now, but I can't seem to find Charlotte. every time I check a place she is supposed to be, she isn't there. is there a pattern to where she is or is she fixed to a certain location after spawning. I also don't know where to find Goblin cliff. can someone help me out, please?
Thank you.Goblin Cliff is near the entrance to the City of Mist, on a path that goes right.
Im unimpressed with it my self, people are praising it, but its a rougelite where you can lose characters until you can get back the the floor to get them. BUT the battle system is terrible, fights are harder then needed, and basically you avoid fights and thus dont see lewd content, BUT if you see lewd content WELP you get punished. You have a limited character count as well.Doesn't seem like anyone has mentioned it here yet, but the demo for Vhiel's next game, BLACKHOLD, dropped on itch a few days ago:

What kind of punishment is it if I were to see that lewd content of the game?BUT if you see lewd content WELP you get punished.
You lose that character until you can reach that floor again and find them, you start with 2 and get a 3rd shortly after the library floor. What kind of punishment is it if I were to see that lewd content of the game?
So like a more unfair system like Madodev’s Ero Dungeon Game? Got it.You lose that character until you can reach that floor again and find them, you start with 2 and get a 3rd shortly after the library floor.
And also as I said, you battle using items, with a very weak basic attack. and items used are few and far between, so you are better to avoid fights then do them.
Ero dungeon you can at least get more characters easily and grind em on lower level areas. So like an unfair system like Madodev’s Ero Dungeon Game? Got it.
Welcome to game over rape games. It's a personal preference and the entire point. If you don't like it that's because it's just not for you. Sounds like the game is flawed and unpolished but it's a demo so I'm expecting mechanical jank anyways.Im unimpressed with it my self, people are praising it, but its a rougelite where you can lose characters until you can get back the the floor to get them. YA know why we all hated Paper Mario sticker star? YEAH thats here, you get a bitch basic attack, but it deals only 2 damage, most foes seem to have 5 and will 1 or 2 shot you.
No I like GOR, the issue i have is that you basically get a limited number of tries. You straight get 2 tries before finding the 3rd girl. And youd better hope its a scene you like cus the foes are hard to tell what is what from the overworld and you basically gotta commit to a fight with VERY Limited attack options.Welcome to game over rape games. Could be three tries, depending on the enemy. Usually you're offered the choice to instantly rescue just one between the Self or Sheath upon defeat. So you can lose one Self and one Sheath , and the third loss (if you couldn't reclaim the previous two) is the Game Over.No I like GOR, the issue i have is that you basically get a limited number of tries. Well, let's just give the developer some time to strike a balance. It's still in the early stages of development. No I like GOR, the issue i have is that you basically get a limited number of tries. Yes all this. Its just REALLY not balanced right now, I know its a Demo but its better to have things to weak then OP that the player cant beat.My opinions:
My notes:
- The "lose one self/sheath (or more) on loss" mechanic could work better with more starting selves/sheaths. However, there are only 2 of each at the start, and only 1 of those "selves" can beat a basic Ghoul with basic attacks without upgrades or items.
- Items (including spell ingredients) are random and limited, and you NEED items to defeat most enemies (spirits are immune to basic attacks, droids start with armor and deal enough damage to wipe out your GP in 1-2 blows, etc), especially at the beginning. You also cannot stock up on items because everything you obtain while exploring is removed from your inventory when you return to the base.
- The game has a steep learning curve, which does not synergize well with the mechanics mentioned above or the inability to run from battles.
- The game can be fun once you understand what you are doing and can get enough "Lost Mana" to upgrade yourself to a point where the fights become fair, but getting to that point is annoying when the game is vague about a lot of things, you are punished for experimentation, and you can repeatedly end up in unwinnable battles and end up getting a game over through no fault of your own.
- There are currently at least two enemies that you can take the sheaths (bodies) of: The nurse in the Infirmary and the Glutton in the Cafeteria.
- The nurse can run from one battle per floor, and the glutton is stronger in battle if she has eaten on a floor and weaker if she hasn't.
What mods are you referring to specifically. But yes modding are still happening on the discord, but at the end of the day, the game is complex, so it can be quite hard, and time consuming to make even what may seem like relatively simple mods on the surfaceSo, regarding Blackhold and this game, I guess OoG's modscene is dead? 3 of my favorite mods have not been updated in a while, and I always feel blue-balled for the potential they and the game had eroge-wise. I highly doubt that even Blackhold could have substantial mods down the road too? I dunno, I feel sad regarding it nonetheless. Maybe it's more active at the Discord? I don't like servers, and I'll probably find the same answer anyways. ;_;
