Actually, it's not. Sometimes we have to do what we have to do. I don't know what's going on, as I haven't played in awhile. But depending on the situation, you have to kick ass, otherwise you're a pussy. Sometimes a grown up has to whoop some ass.

Davey was counting on MC still being confrontational and instead, we get the choice to basically ignore him and any threats he says. besides, I'm sure even if MC hit him, later it wouldn't really be an issue because MC can be summed up as trying to redeem himself and show he's become a better person
As I said it depends on the situation. In front of a lawyer, no. In front of the cops no. If someone does that, they deserve what they get.
