I did change that on one run through, but I forgot last time round. It's not a big enough distraction for me to waste much time over it.

You have to do it manually, by dropping a replacement pic into the appropriate image folder. If you actually want to do it, I posted the location here:
Oh, I thought you meant an ingame way that there were different ones you could use.

Howdy all! Another week, another update!
My PC arrived this week, so I spent some time getting that all set up and configured. The group shot here would have never been possible on my old system, but the new one handled it with no issue whatsoever. I can actually do scenes and camera angles that include all the characters now, I'm so excited for the potential.

When only the MC is fucking the girls, its a harem...in name or not, regardless of how it ends.

Two points: One, no, unless the girls are all aware and consenting of it, it's just MC sleeping around; two, your logic would mean most of the games on here (NTR and sharing types excluded) are harem, which is clearly not the case.

This game is a typical harem-like style game which you can fuck all the girls without consequence and get nearly all the sex scenes in one playthrough, just without a promised harem ending.
The setting/tone of the game is clearly aimed for harem game style, but due to Dev whatever confusing realistic bs reason, no harem ending is set, just some triple and solo endings.
What will really happen if he really ask his patreons whether to add a harem ending? I guess we will probably never find out, but I am sure I enjoy playing this game so far.

This game is full of harem dialogue, i originally posted it but it was becoming too verbose so deleted it. Well, i played plenty of games that are clearly harem without the tag...some devs don't know what their main goal is and have no self-awareness.
One of my favourite pieces of dialogue.
MC "Yea, i don't think harems with six beautiful, intelligent, independent women actually exists in real life".
Queue unrealistic storyline where six beautiful intelligent independent women are ok with only the MC dicking them
