The guy with the mustache and glasses (the boss) is always first no matter the date, afterwards its the low>high dates
if the dates are the same for more than one of them, the red goes first, yellow and then blue
if you just cant be bothered, you can always use cheat engine (both for money and the quota), its pretty simple.
Heres also an example of what a correct sequence should look like.(remove/add the dates according to the notes)

EDIT: Lol, I already love the art style, with the ultra low poly on everything except the main female characters. I love games that don't take things too seriously sometimes

This error code apparently often means permission issues. Easiest solution, if that's it, would be to try extracting from and to a different folder, one that you know lets you unpack archives. Alternatively checking permissions on the folder and changing ownership to your account should fix that too.
You could also try to download the archive again, preferably from another link, in case the archive is corrupted.
If neither works, I'm out of ideas right now.
iirc that's .rar achive and you try to use win11 to unpack it
download winrar or similar
same with .7z
