The guy with the mustache and glasses (the boss) is always first no matter the date, afterwards its the low>high dates
if the dates are the same for more than one of them, the red goes first, yellow and then blue
if you just cant be bothered, you can always use cheat engine (both for money and the quota), its pretty simple.
Heres also an example of what a correct sequence should look like.(remove/add the dates according to the notes)

This error code apparently often means permission issues. Easiest solution, if that's it, would be to try extracting from and to a different folder, one that you know lets you unpack archives. Alternatively checking permissions on the folder and changing ownership to your account should fix that too.
You could also try to download the archive again, preferably from another link, in case the archive is corrupted.
If neither works, I'm out of ideas right now.
iirc that's .rar achive and you try to use win11 to unpack it
download winrar or similar

You're on Linux by the looks of it. Are you running it through Wine? The location selection for video likely doesn't work. I ran it through Proton instead.
To translate the text, use Winetricks (for Wine) or Protontricks (for Proton). Then select the default prefix -> install Windows DLL or component -> check winhttp.dll.
BepInEx needs winhttp.dll to connect to the internet for machine translation. If you run into issues with other games, it might help to check the .dll files in the game folder to see which components you might need to install.
you just need to follow the intruction, old man first, then the date and finally the colour (btw, sometime there are small numbers at the corner that are added or deduced from the original date, pay attention for that)

The one with the old man logo should always put on the top, regardless of date and color.
When the dates are the same, sort them by color order of red-yellow-green.
Sometimes there are +1/-1 or +2/-2 next to the icon; adjust the ranks accordingly.
If the order is correct, a circle with a ping will appear and it'll just proceed to the next level, otherwise nothing will happen.
But you don't really need to give a shit because eventually the game will grant you auto-complete function anyway.
