It's really quite easy and there are multiple tutorials on this site and elsewhere that explain how you have to Unren. You just need some patience and perseverance. I'm saying this as somebody who has only a limited experience in modding text files.

I also dislike dreams especially when a dream spoils the game by making you have sex with a character before it should happen in the game. I feel spoiled and then when the real thing happen it's tasteless !
If there is dreams it should be something very strange or blurry not look like the real thing.
And about specials it's the same, often during those specials you get to do thing you haven't done in the game already.
If it's just a porn game based on pure fucking it's ok, but if it's a game with a good story, a slow burn and character development, such a special can spoil everything, the same with a dream scene made too real.
I know many devs use that trick to give some fucking material to their patrons when the story is developing slowly thinking it will make them stay, but for me it's the opposite, once i'm getting spoiled by some dream or such i don't feel the urge to go on.
Many times i have dropped a game just because of this, once i have seen it all why should i go on except if the story is really good.

Great! I love it, the renders are of very good quality. Much better than other releases, and short but fast updates, that's very interesting. CONGRATULATIONS!

I think there could be something wrong with the mod installation since there are double files mentioned in your error description.

Hi. If the installation is ok you can try to restart the game again, maybe the "rpyc" files are not rebuild correctly. If that still is not working here a "complete" download from the game compressed with integrated Mod:

While reading the reviews, I have the impression most people agree with two large points:
- There is a problem with characterization
- the plot is a bit superficial and flimsy
That being said, these are two points that don't require huge amounts of reprogramming or redoing art. So I hope that the author would go over his story again or maybe even welcome some input
