Lana is Mike's daughter, and so far neither Lana nor her dad have shown signs of being interested in each other. I understand that the whole plot of this game revolves around father-daughter incest, but we've seen nothing to suggest that exists between Lana and Mike. I don't think you're going to see that happen, especially with the way Lana's been drooling over the MC (visiting him alone because she couldn't help herself, trying to get him to change clothes in front of her, the blowjob hidden from Mike, etc.).
There hasn't been the slightest hint that she's interested in Mike at all sexually. To have that suddenly change would be very forced at this point, not to mention a huge departure from the rest of the game's tone. I obviously cannot predict the future, but I don't think that either Sarah or Lana will do anything with Mike on movie night, no. IMO there is 0% chance of that happening.

I totally disagree with your assessment, because Sarah is committed to the MC still. I'm not saying anyone needs to like the cheating, but it's not the same as NTR. She's not left him for the friend's mother; she's not been stolen away, because she's still in a relationship with him. She continues to see the future as the MC and her . . . plus any girls in his bed that she approves / arranges, ofc. And it hasn't caused jealousy in the MC.
Again, she cheats (whether he ends up being fine with it or not) and it's obviously OK if that upsets a player. But I don't consider that single act of indiscretion NTR, regardless of what F95's tag will soon claim. To be actual NTR would require her repeatedly getting sexual with the friend's mom and leaving the MC for her. The only way I could see that happening in this game (if it's even possible) is if the MC has really low points with Sarah. But if he doesn't ever do anything to increase her love for him, is she really a LI? Is she really in a committed relationship with the MC when he's clearly not committed to her?
This is one of the big problems IMO of the new tags that are going to be implemented. They have cheating as "The protagonist has sexual contact with someone other than their partner, without approval from their partner" but then netorare is also "A love interest has sexual contact with someone else without the approval of the protagonist, either voluntarily or from some form of coercion...." So, any cheating by a LI automatically equates to netorare, which means those wanting the MC to lose his LI to another character will be dissatisfied when a game turns out to have a single act of cheating. It's only "cheating" if the protagonist does it. I think this is worse than it is right now and a step backward on that particular contentious tag.
But yeah, like you said, in this game there might technically be NTR by the new tagging rules, but it's not anything that would satisfy an actual NTR fan, and it's only a minor infraction; Sarah remains committed to the relationship with the MC.

I do know that. And yes, it's "maybe technically" NTR (for me it's more a "little cheating"). But I answered that one asking for hard NTR content that such things are not to be expected here. Unfortunately because of that one scene you mentioned there's now the NTR tag added. And the ones searching for such content are thinking now this is a game with NTR focus - it's not. Therefore my little "warning".
