I think it would be answers to the question of whether the MC will pursue certain characters romantically or not. Btw the main question is whether the game will now be a female protag one considering it is named after the girl.

Speculation only, at least based on what's here on this site. Mostly, it's that some guy shows up in an image and they assume he's gonna steal LIs away from the MC. Or they see several girls and assume she's going to be pimped out as a whore or w/e. But I have yet to see one shred of evidence to support that actual NTR or sharing happens in Sara. Not unless a release of the game has the content or Nightaku makes a statement about it will we know for sure.
