I don't think it will feature you know what, at the most the wife is probably cheating on the MC but I don't think it'll be rubbed in the MC's face like a certain fanbase may crave. I think her cheating though is gonna be the spark, if you wanna call it that, that brings the MC and D together.

It's one of the more annoying tropes in porn games, which is female character mouths, pussies and assholes being intergalactic dimensions, endless voids, you get the point. I happens far too often in games, there should always be some sort of struggle involved, especially when you're dealing with the inexperienced.
