I can assure you it's safe. You're the only who has reported a virus which is most likely a false positive for whichever reason because there isn't any virus.
You must have a really sensitive AV, which is a good thing no doubt but can have it's downsides when it comes to this

Not true. Quite a few of my friends who were the genuine textbook definition of kiddy jackasses are quite successful in their fields. Hell my buddy runs a law firm and as a kid was almost arrested twice for trying to graffiti moving trains when we were 13.

It has ntr but its just super random in this game its like they just put it in the game to have some kind of ntr its just a flashback scene of the mom fucking a other dude but that was before the mc was born and a couple of scenes of the mc his friends doing stuff with his sister and mom. But the mom and sister both get knocked up by the mc son. Preggo threesome in the end. This is my least favorite game this dev has made its to weird for me.

It's not ntr because it's not male protagonist in the first place. It's multiple protagonist where most of it are the Milf & the girl. The boy actually an NPC. I can understand if it's feel ntr, because you're controlling the boy for 4 steps in the beginning and create assumption the boy is the Main Character. You can, however, argue it's ntr just because the Milf saw the Girl getting knocked by the boy's friends.
