IIRC there is only 2 major requirements. Choose to go on the have fun path with Ashley & Melissa at Jacob's party, then follow the correct choices when you bump into Ashley at the supermarket.
EDIT: There might be something with Vania at the party too. Either you can't do both or you have to do Ashley first (something like that).

opposite for me she went from someone I didn't think was hot to someone i'd actually want to play a path for cause now she looks hot to me. I didn't think she was attractive before
