Now that you mentioned it, there are a bunch of AI shit scattered around, and tbh it doesn't look like the new drawing of tinker, and I can't see a problem with the new design other than that it is too new to me and that I prefer the old one more, but I guess we'll get used to the new art

I feel the same, it feel unfamiliar and too detail for a disney art but let see how dev and artist cooking then judge. I prefer the old style but we need to have open-mind to support new one.

Say, had there been any mentioning of how that new art will be implement in the game? I'm only just finish chapter one so take it with a grain of salt, but IMO, while the new art look nicer, the old art work well with how whimsical the game is. It would feel strange if all the old art get replace, but this new art would look nice whenever there is a mood change in the game. You guys never read any media where the character are just gremlin 90% of the time and then it hit an intense moment and the art turn 4k? In this case, maybe 18+ scene, stuff like Rapunzel's art in chapter 1 & maybe added intensity when the warship arrive (still chapter 1).

Inventory Wipe Fix​

Updated for version v0.12, works only on v0.12

Tl;Dr;
Unpack the fix in your game folder and play normally

What's happening:
Dev has added a "secret" patreon code in the game v0.1, which was not published anywhere to catch those who decompile the game and use it. Code was PRINCESS_IN_DISTRESS, it didn't seem to do anything special until version v0.11 where anyone who used the code would get their inventory wiped every time new game day starts.

How it works:
If you've used mentioned code you will have QuestChap2_Patreon04_ACTIVATE set to True in your save files, this is how game decides to wipe your inventory. This fix just resets it to False so everything goes back to normal

How to install on other OS:
Read "How it works" section and modify your save file accordingly. There are plenty online renpy save editors out there.
Another working solution is just dropping your save and starting a new game

That's the scene that was never added to the Patreon version of the game. It's only available in the Steam version. You're not missing much. You just:
