Hey guys, wanted to be fully transparent about my current situation. While I've been able to write scenes (a little at a time, but I just finished one of my favorite scenes this update), my depression cycle has returned to fuck up my life again. This depressive episode is probably the worst I've had since starting OA.
TL;DR; I am suffering from major depression, hopefully it is just an episode and it will be over in within the next couple days. However, I've had a very special helper recently- thanks, Gallant Trombe!
(Also, the images haven't been edited yet, but I believe y'all deserve SOMETHING)

I've suffered from depression since I was a young mans, probably around 8 years old. On top of that, as I grew older, at some point I developed Bipolar 2, where I go through periods of mania (being super upbeat and motivated) followed by a huge crash (depression). On top of my other health issues, and our work in the past month or so being equivalent to a crawl in terms of numbers, I think I got some kind of burnout, and it's led to some more issues.

Long story short, I'm struggling. I've been able to write, but I have gotten so overwhelmed with learning art, even help from an expert like Gallant Trombe (dev of Color of my Sound) and Farmer helping, I've been struggling to make progress. Farmer just finished the longest scene of the update, including a fight scene and lots of Autumn quotes, and Krash got a TON of assets and writing done before going on a work trip, I feel like I've fallen very far behind. I plan on changing up some things, and hopefully becoming healthy enough to work hard without overwhelming my stuff.
Your belief in us has helped me immensely, and im not asking for your support no matter what but I am very thankful for how you guys have recieved the project so far, the first time in a while I have felt this proud of something I enjoyed doing. Thank you guys for everything, you deserve me at my best and I still love this project, so I hope I'll be able to prove it to yall asap.
Speak soon, Loopers!
