You should already be hearing audio and sound effects even at the game show. Definitely start screen audio and other areas too. You got through the hospital already too right? That's an example of a lot of the audio parts, intense music, weather, doors opening and closing, floor creaking etc. The sex scenes only have some occasional audio during oral scenes, but other than that there's no other sex sound effects. This is Caribdis' first game so a lot of it is seeing how his process evolved over time with the creation of the game, but there's more and more general audio and music and the like as the game goes on for sure.

OKay so something is messed up with my game then. I'll try and run it as admin and maybe in safe mode and see if I get anything. I've never had an audio issue on this PC and everything is has normal audio so kind of confusing. Thanks for letting me know. Now I can hunt knowning there is something to catch.

Yeah, tbh I would maybe just try redownloading from the front page here and replaying from the beginning and see if that works. If you're not hearing anything at all then the impact for a lot of the scenes doesn't hit quite as hard in many cases, the humor and horror especially, but also some emotional moments later on.

I've tried redownloading from every source on the front page and I'm getting nothing. I was able to download it on my linux distro and it's wokring fine on there. Guess i'll try and transfer my saves over there and see if it works. thanks for the help

Onceinalifetime [v1.0] High FrameRate mode​

This mod replaces the game’s native low FPS animations with 60 FPS animations.

Total animations/video rendered = 201

Note - It took me over two months to perfect this and ensure everything is aligned just right. I hope you like it

Trivia - I discovered there was supposed to be another scene with Lauren, which was also fully rendered and aligned. But it never made it to the main game. I wish there were at least someway to view it, but alas!

technically from what i can see "Game folder.app/Contents/Resources/autorun" There you will see game folder drag and drop mod's game folder into that directory. Merge, replace if asked. start the game.
If all is done correctly, and this is how it works you will see it when you start the game.
Please quote me if this works or not. I'm telling you this based on game directory exploration. I don't have a mac to test it out but im 99% sure this should work

Right click on game icon and follow this path: Show Package Contents/Contents/Resources/Autorun
Grab and drag the game folder onto the autorun folder while holding the alt key, release on it when you will see the green plus button, then click merge on the pop up window that will appear.

I came here for the visuals, I stayed for the story. I was not expecting the level of comedy that comes in this game. Yeah playing the game horny is fun, but so is playing the game laughing. The prison scenes, Fit Jack, the hallucinogen and all the Stabby Mike content; just some examples of peak comedy. The lewd scenes are hot and art style is nice as well, so the game delivered on all fronts.

10/10 would highly recommend.

Wow...this is the first adult Western VN where I got really attached to the characters until the end, man...I got teary-eyed, and my heart longed for more, especially after that bittersweet harem ending. I'm also a bit sad that we may never get that (planned) epilogue or whatever extras, I'm gonna miss them forever...

(unless the dev released their HS1 character cards publicly (not in my current knowledge, at least), I would gladly consider that as a substitute)

Anyway, on to Eternum, I heard really great things about it, so I'm excited.

For the scene at the bottom, you have to be on the route with both of them and have bought the aphrodisiac from the apothecary in the village. For the top right, are you on the route with her and have you removed her fiancé's note?
