Is there a solo romance route in the game? I don’t wanna get involved in a harem. So basically, is this game like Eternum, or do I actually have a solo option?

This game is very much like Eternum. You can totally do a solo route for any of the LIs, but since harem is considered canon you will lose out on a lot of scenes down the line. Not sure if it is exactly the same in terms of impact, but solo routes are not canon and you will feel that.
Really wish this game had a full harem mode with the sisters an the mother included in the same scene.

The game is a harem game, and the canon route is harem. If you didn't get it, you missed something. I'd recommend looking at the walkthrough.
Hey a few questions about the Walkthrough Mod, 60fps mod، INCEST patch.
1) do any of them work on Android?
2) all the mods are made for the final version right? Like are there any bugs/problems with them? Or do they work fine?
3) what does the incest patch actually do? Is removing "step" from step brother/son all it does? Or is there more?

Judie and Lauren become MCs sisters, Carla becomes the mom of MC, Iris becomes the niece of Carla and therefore the cousin of Judie and Lauren.
No I meant all 3 on the same scene. The game has harem of separate groups but not the sisters and Carla together.

They understand that. They said they "Really wish this game had a full harem mode with the sisters an the mother included in the same scene." They are lamenting the fact there isn't a scene, they're not asking if there is one.

In the game proper (as opposed to the sort of epilogue scenes after they've flown away) IIRC the mother hasn't even learned that our hero is fucking her daughters. When she finally found out, I wonder how it went down. Not too badly, I suppose, as it looks like she continues to be around.
She actually does know. It's implied in the scene where Carla drives MC to Rebecca's wedding and Carla starts talking about how she knows that MC will always take good care of them and she's happy they have him and she's okay with MC seeing other women. The MC even says "did she just imply that she knows" and it then pans to Carla who absolutely has the sly look of someone who knows exactly what's going on lol. She also then realizes that MC loves his teacher too after the wedding was stopped.
It's a point-path based system for four of the girls and then the other three are tied to the paths of Lauren and Judie for most of the game. The main and "canon" route is the full harem route, but you can end paths and just pick one girl as the story goes on if you really wanted to. I would just follow the guide.
As others have said, there aren't any with the three. A long time ago I think Cari had plans to expand on certain content like this, with even more group scenes and interactions and the like. Like a Carla and Rebecca scene was a possibility too iirc. But Eternum understandably took all the bandwidth since he started it and that's what all his focus has to be on. Maybe years from now when Eternum is done he'll go back to OIAL again someday to add some extra stuff.
