just finished with Harem ending, have to say the payoff of the Harem was kinda lackluster - i was expecting a new area and (even if small) storyline and a bunch of new scenes. However, 10/10 game. Cant wait to play Eternum.

are there any planned updates for Once In A Lifetime? Like a continuation of the harem later?

Nope, Once In A Lifetime is done, not gonna have more of it, sadly.

As txe320 said, Caribdis has stated several times he's against revisiting old work. Which I think is a good thing. I'd much rather see what his new ideas are.

Even if he wanted to revisit OiAL, what else is there to do? The MC left the book to continue his life alongside his lovers and their children, Astaroth is dead and no other members are alive (except for the teacher's ex-fiance but he's useless anyway), the side characters got their own endings and... well, that's it. There's nothing more.

I love OiAL and while I would have adored to see more content after the epilogue, I understand Caribdis just wants to continue doing other works. It's better that things end up as Gravity Falls, where the creator ended his series the way he wanted, rather than seeing a soulless continuation just for the sake of money.

It was planned before Cari started Eternum... Now, well I don't think he will get back on OIAL any time soon.

I don't think he'll ever touch HS 1 ever again (if he even still has all the assets for OiaL). It just won't happen at this point and why should it? I rather see him start his next game after Eternum instead of returning to his first one just to do an epilogue.

The Dev has confirmed at some point that he does not want to go back to HS1. Personally I think this is a shame since I would have loved some epilogue in Once in a Lifetime, but it is understandable from multiple perspectives.

Completely agree. Any amount of time spent on going back to an already finished game would be better spent on creating something new, imho.

Just wanted to share that if you enjoyed the song at the end of the game, the artist has a bunch of other songs and they're quite good. Highly recommend checking out some of his music.

Also, I wish I could forget this game and play it again because it's easily top 5 game for me.
