Not gonna lie this game actually caught my interest now, most of the games that use "real porn" does not give me much of attention and quite bored but this one is very good. The girl actors you choose look extremely hot and didn't have that "pornstar look" like any other games, they look like fashion models and make me quite jealous that you can hire them to do working on the game. Even though the game still only at teasing level but so far every action was hot, I even played both path to see different POVs and got hooked with the way you make the scenarios
The only things I'm a little concern is that will you push them to go further with more sex action in the future and are they willing to do it? Will the Milf that acted like Tommy's mother are 1 of the actor that will got lewd event or only the 2 girls? Not just that but so far I only saw "Elina" are the only one that comfort enough with all the sexual acting and the blonde girl still seem to be least go with it, will she later agree to be like her?
Beside that I'm hooked with this game, will bookmark and keep my eyes on for more updates from now on

VIGOR Games I think you could promote this game still better here. The best hook of your game is the novelty. Many people don't play adult games with real images because they are taken from internet and aren't original. So, show clearly from the very beginning that yours is done with original photos:
1. I would put an sticker in the banner saying "100% original" or "Original Content". Then, the people would know that this isn't just another real porn game with random images from the web and, then, they will enter in this thread.
Example:
2. Start the overview in the OP with a line like: "The first adult game with hired actors and original photos in renpy".
3. Now that there is another girl, add her to the OP showing her face. Add a photo showing the back naked, too. Erase the photos of the main girl sitting with the phone, you have 3 of those.

Yeah, most of the real porn games lose my interest really quickly. Usually terrible story mixed with stolen, often incorrect(girl is described as a ginger, picture of a blonde) images. The story here is original, even if it needs some proofreading and the images are actually original images made specifically for the game. It does not hurt that the main female character is cute as can be.

Some questions for the dev -
Will this game have any proper sex scenes in future?
As you're using real actors for the game, do you even have any agreement with the actors to use them in sex scenes? Or are we only going to see teasing and softcore stuff because the actors never agreed to do full on sex scenes?
Although I'm a big fan of the idea of using real actors in a porn VN, I don't want to invest time and bandwidth in a WIP game that will not even have any sex scenes. So some clear answers from the dev in this regard will be nice.

I think there won't be porn, just nudity and maybe simulated sex like in movies. "Real porn" tag is there for "real actor" to differentiate from fake ones 3D or 2D generated

Good ideas. Personally I dislike "real porn" not because of the lack of originality (if I do not know the pics in question they're original enough to me) but because the source makes for a bad story. You can hardly have normal scenes between characters in a normal setting with normal clothing since most of the source material is of course the porn section, you'll lack interactions between characters because they never were in a movie, haircuts, body mass and even tattoos and piercings will be severely inconsistent, not to mention (most are male protag) there is a different dick or hand or whatever you see of the male in every scene. This also severely limits storytelling - you cannot search for crime clues in a library or go to the movies on a date or whatever else. Real actors and actresses making scenes according to a game script is a completely different beast. Major downside of course is to keep them all on board for the length of such a project.
The confusion stems from the site's tag rules. "Real porn" actually is a tag from the "technical" section, not the "sexual content" section and indeed means nothing more than "instead of computer graphics we're using images of actual people". Could be renamed of course, but until very recently (namely the release of this game) I think the distinction did not come to pass. As for the "no sexual content" tag, it just means "as of now", though it usually only is used when there also is no plan to add it later.
