Try putting this in "android/data/one.day.at.a.time.two/files/game" folder. If the game folder doesn't exist, create it.
Failing that, you could manually move the save located in RenPy-Saves/one.day.at.a.time/9-1-LT1.save into the one.day.at.a.time.two folder

For some reason android/data is empty and I can't even access connecting my cell phone on my laptop, so I couldn't using this file, but I could access the renpy-saves folder and moved the save and it worked. Thank you a lot!

As always so happy when I see an update of this game. As I'm always two weeks behind with all games, good thing is that the mods always are done then, I discovered this yesterday*. Finished just now and it was an excellent epiosode, so no bad surprise.

Still enjoying the music in the game. Kept the game running while making dinner, Swedish meatballs love, so I had some good music running in the background. And I stop the lewd scenes just to listen to the music that plays then. Well, call me crazy and you're right.

*Had some other games downloaded but I had to play this first.

More education for people who use vocabulary and have no idea what it means.

"Too wordy" means a sentence is hard to read, not that there are too many of them.

Example, a run on sentence, something that's verbose with overuse of obscure words for the sake of it. I guess it's too much for me to expect everyone on here to know that. But, I'm pretty sure anyone who plays this game and enjoys it does.

Too wordy can mean too many of them. I have seen ones like that (AWAM) - endless walls of text with no sex scenes. Like years into game none. Definitely not this.

Ok guys, I know I said I was going to do this a week from now, but I'll be busy with family and Christmas stuff, along with working on the game then. So, I thought we'd get it out of the way today!

The short and skinny. I've been back working on the game for about 4 days now (after my God of War break, which was incredible by the way, I recommend it to anyone). I spent the first two days just writing and the last two days setting up scenes.

In that time I've manged 1188 lines of code, with about half of that rendered. The current render count is 310 with no animations as of yet. But, that's gonna happen next, after I get caught up with rendering.

The morning of Day 27 will be devoted mostly to Melissa, her court appearance, and the subsequent events after. This has been building for several updates now and the culmination is finally here. Needless to say there will be some emotional stuff that goes along with this, but there will also be a lot of light as well, and some really fun scenes after.

For players who have treated Melissa well, she'll likely be the first girl to give MC's new wang a test drive (we haven't been with her in a while)! I wouldn't usually announce a possible H scene like this, but I'm interested in seeing how the animations come out with the new texture.

That's about all for now on development. A quick word about the Christmas and New Years renders. The Christmas render will be public, and the New Years render will be the render of the month for high tier patrons. I'll check back in with you guys in a couple of weeks from now.

Oof. I've been slowly getting through this one (with plenty of breaks, due to how heavy the story is), and I recently reached the death of a certain someone in chapter 12 (I think -- not naming names to not spoil anything, but those who've played through the story so far, know who I'm talking about). That part hit me really hard. When I got to this point, it was just a few days after my youngest sister and I found my father, sitting in a similar position on his sofa at home, while doing a welfare check on him (since nobody had heard from him for over a week). It was far from the same case of death (no needle, and he wasn't an addict, either), but the position of sitting on a sofa, and no longer being with us, was tough on me. Seeing that part of this story just brought back the rough and quite fresh memory. Thankfully, I have my family to help me get through this part of life, especially both my sisters. It's also a rough thing to get through, since we three siblings are his only close family (my mom divorced him almost 30 years ago), and all post-death arrangements are now on us (funeral, notifications to various service providers, cleaning up his apartment, etc).

And Zoey Raven: Kudos for capturing that moment. It felt pretty close to what I experienced when I found my father. I certainly don't blame you for how I feel, but I just felt I needed to vent a little bit.

Your post is the reason I wanted to make the game mostly about the part people don't see. The ones who make it.

Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's an all too common outcome of the disease.

Who ever knows what Lydia just said when she makes that face...

Ok guys, doing this a day early (that's becoming a trend) because I did six animations yesterday and three of them are left to render today (I'm half way through the first). That means, likely my PC will be tied up for the majority of the rest of the day, and I've already written ahead as much as I'm comfortable.

We are at 2869 lines of code, but I still have to go back and do the foreplay stuff and write the dialogue for the first H scene, (which as I've said before, I gotta be in the mood to do) so that will grow. Plus I have about 3 or 4 scenes left in the first day to complete, depending on if I add one or not.

Oh, and we also stand at 891 renders, and after today 10 animations.

I didn't work much on Christmas eve and took Christmas off, so let's call this roughly two weeks of development. I'll take it as some pretty good progress in that amount of time! But, there is still a lot more to do on the first day of the update, and then we still have the whole second day.

Alright, that's about it, I'll check back in with you guys in another couple of weeks!

Something that came up with a patron that I'm gonna post here, because it seems like this is the place where the most confusion happens.

If you DON'T wanna have sex with one of the girls (after the first time with a few) you need to use either the walkthrough or mod and not get points with them or not choose any of the threesome options when they appear (which are also listed in the PDF and Mod).

I give anywhere from a 7-10 point gap in order to obtain sex. Meaning you can have 7-10 points less than what's required and still get it. Why do I do this, because a lot of games IMO give far too small a window.

In certain circumstances with some of the side girls I also give you a choice, even if you HAVE met the points requirement, or sometimes I'll do a temporary variable, like I did on the date with Shelly last update, that is specific to just getting that scene. This doesn't apply to all or most dates however, just some.

But, again, this is all in the walkthrough and mod, so if you are playing blind, which is totally cool, just know if you answer the choices based on MC's interactions with the character, in most cases this will result in points. But again the only way to be sure is use the PDF or mod.

Hope that clears things up for anyone who had questions, I'm gonna post a version of this on patron as well, just to cover bases, but I thought I'd post it here first.

P.S. -Sex to this point with Lydia is guaranteed apart from a couple scenes where I used the date mechanic I spoke of earlier. This will change toward the end of the game, but we're not close to that yet. Why is this?

Because Lydia is cannon, and if you choose to get points with no one, you'll still have one girl you're with, your original LI. Why is that!? Because it's how the game is structured. If you all haven't played Life with Mary, play that game, not just because it's good, but because you'll know how One Day at a Time is ultimately going to work better.

Apart from there being a harmish sort of ending in ODDAT, where that game only has at max a two girl ending (which ODAAT will also have as I've said from the beginning).

Nope, I agree with you. There are actually patches that make a fairly clever story seem kinda dumb just to shoehorn it in.
