Could you kindly find and link to the post where the developer said it was uncommon in real life. I don't recall him saying anything like that.

All kinds of shit happens in real life, but I believe he just didn't want to include it all in his game.

That's a false positive or I wouldn't have any patrons. There's nothing unsafe about these files.
Unless it's got to do with F 95 links. The files that came from my patreon, I can vouch for those.
I can't vouch for anything on here. This is a pirate site after all and while they do their best, it's on the end user to take the actions they need to take to ensure they're comfortable with what they're downloading.

Sure, not all drug addicts do it, but many do. I live in a really small town and I know a girl who does it, and she does it for VERY cheap(and she's a looker, could be earning a lot of money doing highly paid escort jobs but is so desperate that she sucks taxi drivers dicks for a fix). Now imagine in the big cities.

And that's not even the worst thing they do. I've seen people kill their own parents because they didn't want to give them money to buy more drugs. Many(if not most) steal everything in their house when they run out of money to buy more drugs and get very aggressive when their parents or relatives call them out for it.

Honestly, I kinda hate people who think their personal experience is the universal truth. In this case it's even worse because it couldn't be further from the truth. That's one of the reasons that kept me from playing this game to this day. I might give it a try in the future though.

I'm speaking about "hard" drugs by the way. This girl I speaked of is a crack cocaine user, but heroin(which is said in the title to be the drug they're addicted to) isn't much better.

The behaviour obviously differ from drug to drug because each one has its own addiction rate(with crack and heroin at the top). Although, many addicts start at "weaker" drugs(like Marijuana) and go up in the ladder progressively as they begin to develop resistance.

I've addressed this repeatedly, if you wanna talk percentages of the shares I've heard where a woman had to do that. It's probably around 10%. So, there it is. I have nothing further to say on the matter, and if you don't like the fact I'm not including that stuff, then don't play the game. Go watch any Hollywood movie ever made about drug addicts and you'll get all the cliches there. Kinda different when you actually live recovery though. But hey, what the hell do I know! In the old days it was more the other way around, either people looking to earn enough to "get well" or pay back debt, or people turn to drugs to deal with the trauma of that lifestyle.

Lets face it, not all drug abusers have addictive personalities or physical addition propensities. A lot of us were self-medicating to deal with emotional or mental issues, or escaping shit life situations. Physical addiction is harder to deal with than psychological dependencies, but they both are a bitch to break out of.

You'd be hard pressed to find a heroin user that's not addicted to it. It's not the same as other drugs, bro. It is HIGHLY addictive(from a biochemical standpoint) and you're gonna have a hard time getting it out of your system.

Hospital patients who have to go through surgery and need to use morphine(which is what heroin is made from) for extended periods of time need to go through a "detox" procedure first before being discharged because otherwise they'll suffer from abstinence crisis.

Not everyone is the same. Count your blessings. Oxy is one of the most addictive substances in existence. I got hurt in the military and they put me on morphine, and I was hooked. Not fun to quit, but I wasn't on it for very long.

Being a former heroin addict, you more than anyone else should know how powerful that drug is.

I'm a pharmacist and worked on a hospital once and I've seen hospital patients who had to go through morphine use for extended periods of time and didn't receive appropriate treatment when discharged doing crazy stuff to get it. And heroin is even more addictive than morphine itself.

And that is on a controlled environment. Now imagine people on the streets with no access to it and no money. It's really completely ridiculous to say just a really small percentage of people do whatever it takes to get these drugs.

Every patient goes through a detox procedure. It's mandatory.

You're either lying, oblivious to it or the 1% of the population that has superhuman resistance to it.

I live in a third world country and unfortunately some hospitals here(mostly the public ones) lack medications, personel or aren't very organized(or all three) and many patients are discharged without proper treatment.

That's factually inaccurate. Alcohol, for that portion of the population that gets physically addicted (which is different than alcoholism), is one of the worst. The withdrawal, even assisted, can be fatal. Oxy can addict you instantly, first try. That is also true of other opiates, but Oxy is brutal.
